Classes/Workshops
We plan to extend invitations to Visiting
Artists and Lecturers to reside and work along side our
"student body." Classes and Workshops will be offered in
a wide range of mediums and subjects, and anything from
Stained Glass and Sewing to Welding and Bronze Casting.
Our
Facilities
We envision the creation of an Art Center
large enough to accommodate a well-integrated artistic community.
By the Summer of 2005 we aim to offer the following facilities
to the people participating in our Programs, Classes & Workshops:
Painting & Drawing Studios
Metal Shop, Foundry & out door Pour Area
Wood Shop
Gallery
Outdoor Sculpture Park
Greenhouse & Gardens
Library & Computer Center
Community Room & Housing
Kitchen Facility & Dining Hall
Healing House
General Store
Initial
Plans
By
Spring of 2004 we hope to have located the property upon
which this Art Center will be established. In order for
this type of community to thrive, we are sure we will need
to begin with a 500 to 1,000 acre parcel of land. Once our
purchase is made we will begin making accommodations for
our facilities and the artistic people who will occupy them.
